GAC was selected as the preferred contractor for this unique parking facility located at the Northwest Florida International Beaches Airport located on Panama City Beach. The facility offers parking under a custom canopy structure and a convenient shuttle service to the airport. GAC was responsible for both the extensive civil work associated with the massive parking area as well as the construction of the office facility. The Owner was exceptionally pleased with GAC's ability to offer a turn-key solution for this challenging project.

GAC was selected to facilitate the construction of this new Sonny's Bar-B-Q in Lynn Haven, FL based upon their previous successful completion of a renovation for this Owner. Extensive time was spent during pre-construction evaluating various material options that would yield a modern feel yet while capturing the essence of Sonny's "barbecue culture". From the custom Sonny's door handles to the custom distressed brick veneer in the bar, this restaurant perfectly captures the warm Southern barbecue feel Sonny's is known for. We recommend you visit the restaurant to experience the "culture" and get some great barbecue as well!

Sonny's Bar-B-Q on Panama City Beach sought assistance in renovating their restaurant to meet updated franchise specifications. GAC was able to provide services for the permitting, design, and construction processes. Renovations included a new "mercantile" front facade, addition of a new bar area, total renovation to the dining area, and various other modifications to improve the aesthetic appeal of the restaurant. GAC was able to complete this transformation in a mere 54 days and remarkably did so while the the restaurant was in full operation.

This Sonny's renovation project, marked GAC's seventh (7th) Sonny's Bar-B-Q project. GAC staff worked diligently with the Owner to mitigate any impacts on patrons as the restaurant maintained full operation while under renovation. GAC's attention to detail and focus on client satisfaction yielded another successful project. The project was completed well ahead of schedule and under budget. The Owner is extremely pleased with the results and the fresh, new look of the restaurant.

GAC services were retained to facilitate the construction of both a new parts warehouse building and addition of a new service/maintenance bay to compliment Beard Equipment's growing operations. The service/maintenance addition included a new 3 ton overhead crane to expand their ability to service larger equipment.
