GAC Contractors has been hired by Coastal Community Bank to serve as construction manager and project facilitator for their Bank expansion throughout Northwest Florida.

Based on the success of this endeavor, GAC was retained as a Construction Manager on their next three (3) branches. The Panama City Beach & 23rd St. branches were completed in 2007. The Port St. Joe branch was completed in 2008.

GAC constructed this unique SunTrust Bank in the WaterColor area of Walton County. This multi-tenant building was built with a Florida coastal style in a master planned community developed by the St. Joe Company.

GAC renovated the existing Bay Bank Branch located on Highway 77 in Lynn Haven, Florida. Renovations included selective demolition, interior office remodeling, and modifying the existing flat roof to a pitched clay tile roof. This challenging project was phased in such a manner to minimize the impact on Bay Bank's operations.

When Bay Credit Union purchased a parcel of property with a competitor's closed branch facility, they needed assistance with both the design and construction scopes of work. They hoped to customize their new acquisition so as to reflect their "brand". Bay Credit Union turned to GAC. GAC served a design/build role and was able to simplify the delivery process for the Owner. The bank was completed ahead of schedule and is serving the Owner's needs extremely well.
