Watersound which is a gulf front project for the St. Joe Company in Walton County was constructed by GAC's site division over a five year period and included approximately $20,000,000 of site development. In addition, GAC was retained to build various intricate amentiy buildings.

The Senior Center facility hosts many activities for local and visiting senior citizens. This facility which was predominately funded by the Foundation established by GAC Chairman Charles Hilton and his family is a welcome addition to Panama City Beach.
