This $9.75mm project for the Florida Department of Transportation was completed in the summer of 2010. This 9.35 mile section of Highway 231 in Bay County was upgraded to promote traffic flow and included 80,000 tons of polymer modified asphalt mix.

This $1.4mm design/build project will upgrade the pedestrian component on 2.4 miles of this vital transportation link. Construction is projected to commence in the Fall of 2010.

GAC just commenced on a $1.1 mm Highway 98 resurfacing project in Port Saint Joe. This 1.7 mile project includes milling and resurfacing with 4069 tons of FC-12.5 asphalt.
GAC recently completed $2.2mm and $1.6mm similar projects on Highway 98 in Bay County.

This project involved the reconstruction of 0.687 miles of an arterial roadway and the relocation of water, sewer, reclaimed water, gas, and empty conduit for future IT systems. GAC Contractors built this $9,932,790 project which was completed Spring 2009. This project required installation of over 400,000 linear feet of piping!

Nature Walk subdivision for Olsen and Associates is a coastal project in Walton County located on Highway 395. Included in this $10,876,376 lump sum contract was complete site development.

Pier Park on Panama City Beach has become the epicenter for retail along the Emerald Coast. The site development contracts with Winter Construction, Simons Properties, and the St. Joe Company totaled approximately $32,000,000.

River Camps subdivision for the St. Joe Company on West Bay in Bay County included an on-site wastewater treatment facility along with complete site development. This rural subdivision, which was built as a planned second home oasis, was built under multiple contracts totaling approximately $11,000,000.

After a recent hurricane, the beaches in South Walton County were severely eroded. GAC Contractors was retained to import beach compatable sand to shore up many buildings and rebuild the beach. The project was performed with environmental responsibility as a main project goal.

The construction of this 17 building condominium and rental community was expedited with the help of GAC Contractors. Massive coordination with the multiple subcontractors was the key to the sucessful completion of the project's infrastructure.
