Brett HitchcockVice President Building Division Brett Hitchcock started with GAC Contractors in 2005 and has a degree in Building Construction at the University of Florida. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, a Certified General Contractor in Florida, and also has a Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certification. Brett is a Florida native and has two young boys whom he enjoys biking, camping, and surfing with. Brett has managed over $200m of various construction projects in his career including schools, museums, condominiums, government facilities, restaurants, and office buildings. |

George RobertsProject Superintendent George joined the GAC Team in 2016, He has worked as a Project Superintendent for the last 26 years specializing in Multi-Family Projects. After working many years on the road he is happy to be back residing and working in his home town. |

Joseph ScottProject Manager Joe joined the GAC Team in 2017. He received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 2014. He has more than 10 years of experience owning and operating his landscaping business in Bay County. Joe looks forward to expanding his skills with GAC.

Gary WoodProject Superintendent Gary hails from North Alabama but is now a resident of Bay County Florida. He has spent 34 years in the construction industry. Since moving here in 2004, Gary has overseen the construction of numerous hotels in Bay and surrounding counties, and in Alabama. Also included are Assisted Living Facilities in Putnam County, Florida and Alexander City, Alabama along with doctor, dentistry, retail and restaurant facilities. He is certified from the FDOT for the Approved Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Advanced Course. He has also successfully completed the 30 hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration Training Course for “Construction Safety and Health”. Since joining the GAC Team in June of 2015, he was involved in the startup and completion of the Renovation of the FDOT I-10 Rest Areas in Leon and Jefferson County’s. Most recently he was privileged to be involved in the completion of GAC’s Holiday Inn Express and Suites Project on Panama City Beach. In his free time, Gary enjoys fellowship with family and friends, watching college football, grilling and most anything outdoors. |

Al HarrisProject Manager Al joined the team early 2018, but has over 39 years experience in the construction Industry. He has completed projects throughout the world. Al is a State of Florida Certified Statewide Master Electrician, and also holds a Private Pilots License. |

Teresa WillisContract Administrator Teresa has been a team member since 2014, her duties include processing (Direct Material Purchasing thru the accounting department for our projects. Teresa also works with the on site team to process reports and certified payroll, she also works with staff to prepare submittals and operations manuals. |

Robbie RobinsonProject Superintendent Robbie has loads of experience in the Construction Industry. With over 25 years in the concrete construction business, 14 years in general construction, and 5 years as a Superintendent and Operations Manager at Tyndall AFB in support of their SABER Contract, Robbie has rejoined our GAC Team. Tyson ScottProject Manager Tyson has (29) years in the construction Industry with the last (16)
years of which as a Florida State Building Inspector. He presently hold (7)
International Code Council (ICC) National Certification along with (3) Florida
State licenses. State licenses as follows: Building Code Administrator
(IBU1927), Building Plans Examiner (IPX2534) and a Commercial Building Inspector, Commercial Mechanical and 1&2 Family Dwelling
Inspector (IBN4963). Tyson Has advanced
training in natural disaster assistance where he holds (2) FEMA national
certifications In National Incident Management System (NIMS) and Incident
Command System (ICS 100). This disaster training is for post disaster relief
funding efforts as well as post disaster reconstruction.

Will StrangeBuilding Division Project Manager Will Strange comes to us with a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He has over 15 years in the construction/manufacturing industries with a focus on Project Management for the last 8 years. Will is from Wewahitchka, Florida where he lives with his wife and three kids. |
